A treadmill does not come up a staircase in one piece, and trying is how people get hurt and drywall gets destroyed. We take the deck and uprights apart first.

Does it need to be working?
No. Working or broken, it is the same price.
Can you take the rest of the home gym too?
Yes. Benches and racks are priced on this page; for a full home gym, call (614) 589-1920 and you will get one price for the lot.
It is in the basement. Is that extra?
No — breaking it down and carrying it up one flight is the job. More than one flight, or a very long carry, adds labour time, and we tell you before we load anything.
Do you charge a separate dump fee?
No. The price quoted includes labour, travel and disposal. The only things priced separately are dense materials like concrete or dirt, which are charged by weight because they hit the truck's weight limit before they fill it.
How fast can you come out?
In Franklin County, often the same day — running three trucks means there is usually one free. The surrounding counties are same or next day, and the outer ring (Marion, Knox, Ross, Hocking, Clark, Champaign, Greene) is usually next day. You get a real date when you book, not a vague promise.
Which areas do you cover?
Sixteen counties across Central Ohio and the ring around it: Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Union, Knox, Morrow, Marion, Clark, Champaign, Fayette, Ross, Hocking and Greene. If you are just outside that, call and ask — we would rather tell you straight than take a booking we cannot reach.
