The terms that apply when you book work with us, and how we handle calls and messages.

Who you are contracting with

SnapHaul Junk Removal is a sole proprietorship operating in Ohio. Your contract for any work is with the owner personally.

Quotes and pricing

Prices published on this site are what we charge. The minimum is $85 for a single small item. A quote given from photographs or a description is confirmed on site before anything is loaded — if what we find is materially different from what was described, we will requote and you are free to decline at no cost.

Additional charges apply only in the circumstances published on the pricing page: dense materials such as concrete, dirt or tile; long carry distances; and more than one flight of stairs.

What we cannot take

We are not licensed to carry hazardous material, including chemicals, paint, fuels, oil, asbestos, ammunition and medical waste. If you are unsure about an item, ask before you book and we will tell you straight.

Access and property

You are responsible for making sure we can reach the items and that you have the right to have them removed. We take care not to damage your property, but we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, or for damage that is genuinely unavoidable given the access available — we will always tell you before we attempt something risky rather than after.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a booking so the slot can go to someone else. There is no cancellation fee.

Reviews

We may ask you for a review after a job. Any discount or offer we run is never conditional on leaving a review, or on that review being positive.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm SnapHaul Junk Removal or anyone else.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — belongs to SnapHaul Junk Removal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not represent that it is complete or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This website may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

SnapHaul Junk Removal operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.
  • How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (614) 589-1920. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SnapHaul Junk Removal is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
  • How to opt out. Text STOP to (614) 589-1920 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
  • How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (614) 589-1920 or snaphauljunkremoval@gmail.com. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.
  • Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
  • Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information SnapHaul Junk Removal collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by using this website or our services you agree to it. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy overlap on how we handle personal information, the Privacy Policy applies.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
