What the common stuff costs

Most haulers will not give you a number until someone is standing in your driveway. These are ours, in public, so you can decide before you call.

Bigger jobs

Priced by how much room it takes

Cleanouts, construction debris, hot tubs and light demolition are quoted on the volume the job actually fills — never by the hour, so a slow day is our problem and not your bill.

How it works

Four steps, no guesswork

  1. 01

    Give us a call

Call (614) 589-1920 and describe what needs to go — the room it is in, roughly how much there is, and whether it is upstairs. Two minutes on the phone is usually all it takes.

  2. 02

    Get a price

You get a firm price on the call, not a range and not a call-out fee. If the job needs an on-site look first, that visit is free and there is no obligation.

  3. 03

    Pick a window

We book a two-hour window and text when we are on the way. If we are running late you will hear it from us first.

  4. 04

    We load and sweep

We carry it out, sweep up after, and take payment when the job is done. The price you agreed is the price you pay.

Curbside Save $20

You have already put everything in a drive-up spot, so we just load it. Same job, less labour, lower price.

  • The driveway
  • The garage
  • At the curb
  • Carport or alley

Full service

Leave it exactly where it sits and we carry it out — upstairs, the basement, the back yard, wherever it is.

  • Indoors, any floor
  • The basement or attic
  • The back or side yard
  • A shed or outbuilding

What a full job costs

Everything past a single item is priced on how much of the truck it fills. The quote covers the labour, the drive and the disposal — there is no separate dump charge at the end.

Prices shown are indicative. Every job is quoted before any work starts, and the quote is what you pay. Call for an exact number.

How muchPriceWhat that looks like

Where we work

Central Ohio and the counties around it

62 towns and cities across 16 Ohio counties. Franklin County is the home patch and gets the same-day slots; the ring around it is same or next day. We would rather cover this area properly than claim the whole state.

Same-day area

Franklin County

Home county. Columbus and the suburbs around it are where the trucks already are, so this is where same-day slots actually exist.

16 towns covered
Same or next day

Delaware County

Straight up the 23 and 71 corridor. Delaware, Powell and the Olentangy townships are a short run from the north side of Columbus.

6 towns covered
Same or next day

Licking County

Newark, Pataskala and the villages along the 16 and 70. A regular run for garage clearouts and rental turnovers.

7 towns covered
Same or next day

Fairfield County

Lancaster, Pickerington and the villages south-east of Columbus. Close enough that most jobs here book same or next day.

7 towns covered
Same or next day

Pickaway County

Circleville and the 23 corridor south. Farm properties and outbuildings are a big part of what we clear down here.

5 towns covered
Same or next day

Madison County

London, West Jefferson and Plain City, west along the 70. An easy run from the west side of Columbus.

3 towns covered
Same or next day

Union County

Marysville and the villages north-west of the city. New-build estates here generate a lot of packaging and old furniture.

3 towns covered
Next day, usually

Knox County

Mount Vernon, Gambier and the villages around them. About an hour out, so Knox County jobs are usually booked for the next day.

4 towns covered
Next day, usually

Morrow County

Mount Gilead and Cardington, north up the 71. Rural addresses are no problem — long driveways and barns are routine for us.

2 towns covered
Next day, usually

Marion County

Marion and Prospect, at the north edge of what we cover. Booked a day ahead so a truck can be sent up with the whole job planned.

2 towns covered
Next day, usually

Clark County

Springfield, west along the 70 between Columbus and Dayton. A straight run, usually booked for the next day.

1 towns covered
Next day, usually

Champaign County

Urbana, north-west of Springfield. The far western edge of our area, and worth a day of notice when you book.

1 towns covered
Next day, usually

Fayette County

Washington Court House and Jeffersonville, south-west along the 71. Easy to reach and regularly on the schedule.

2 towns covered
Next day, usually

Ross County

Chillicothe, south down the 23. About an hour from the yard, so give us a day and we will put a truck on it.

1 towns covered
Next day, usually

Hocking County

Logan and the Hocking Hills. Cabin turnovers and post-rental clearouts are the jobs we get called for most down here.

1 towns covered
Next day, usually

Greene County

Jamestown, at the south-western edge of the area we cover. Booked ahead so it can be grouped with a Springfield or Washington Court House run.

Questions

Before you book

How much does junk removal cost in Ohio?

Pricing is by volume — how much room the load takes in the truck. A single item starts at $85, a quarter load runs about $185, a half load about $285 and a full load about $475. Per-item prices for couches, mattresses, appliances and TVs are published on the pricing page, so you can check them before you call.

Do you charge a separate dump fee?

No. The price quoted includes labour, travel and disposal. The only things priced separately are dense materials like concrete or dirt, which are charged by weight because they hit the truck's weight limit before they fill it.

How fast can you come out?

In Franklin County, often the same day — running three trucks means there is usually one free. The surrounding counties are same or next day, and the outer ring (Marion, Knox, Ross, Hocking, Clark, Champaign, Greene) is usually next day. You get a real date when you book, not a vague promise.

Which areas do you cover?

Sixteen counties across Central Ohio and the ring around it: Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Union, Knox, Morrow, Marion, Clark, Champaign, Fayette, Ross, Hocking and Greene. If you are just outside that, call and ask — we would rather tell you straight than take a booking we cannot reach.

What is the difference between curbside and full service?

Curbside means you have already put everything in a drive-up spot — the driveway, garage or curb — and we just load it. It saves about $20. Full service means we come in and carry it out from wherever it is, including upstairs or the back yard.

What can you not take?

Hazardous material: chemicals, paint, asbestos, fuel, oil, ammunition and medical waste. Those need a licensed disposal route we do not have. We will tell you when you book, not when we arrive.

What happens to everything you take?

Anything still usable is offered for donation, metal and electronics go to recycling, yard waste goes to composting, and only what is left over goes to landfill. On a typical household load that is well under half of it.

Are you insured?

Ask us when you book and you will get a straight answer rather than a badge. SnapHaul is a new business and we would rather tell you exactly where our cover stands than let you assume something.

How do I pay?

Cash, card or the usual phone apps, taken when the job is finished rather than up front. You get a receipt for the job.

How do I book?

Call (614) 589-1920. That is the quickest way to get a price and a slot in the same conversation — you will get someone local who knows the schedule, not a national call centre.

Pick up the phone and it is handled.

Two minutes on a call gets you a firm price and a slot. No call-out fee, no obligation, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
